Thank you for visiting the QuickBooks Community. I'll ensure you can print checks at the bottom of voucher checks by following the steps below.
After creating a check to pay for expenses, you can print the check directly in QuickBooks Online. You can set up your print settings for either standard or voucher checks so you can print the correct one.
To start printing the transactions at the bottom of voucher checks, you have to change the type of check you’re printing to a voucher. To do this, open the print setup and change your check type or style.
Once done, follow the steps below on how to complete the printing:
Lastly, you may refer to this artilclw to see details on how you can run a specific report that will reflect all payments made to vendors: Run a report with vendor totals.
Please know that my doors are always open to help if you have other concerns about printing checks. Just leave a comment below, sunsetgrillnh-gm. Keep safe.
Tghank you for the response, but this will only allow me to print the check at the TOP of the voucher, I cannot seem to find an option to allow me to move the check to the BOTTOM of the voucher...
Moving or printing the bottom part of the voucher is convenient for your business needs. Let me guide you on how you can send a request for this function, sunset.
In QuickBooks Online (QBO), we only have the standard checks which contain three checks per page. At the same time, voucher checks have one check per page and include check stubs. For now, printing the bottom part of these checks is unavailable.
You'll want to send feedback to let our product team know the importance of this option. To do so, you can follow the steps below:
With this, you can also check out our Customer Feedback page for other requests being submitted. It's a good thing that you'll be able to check them out so you can add some functions that you think are useful. This will also improve your product experience and lets you keep track of any product updates.
Furthermore, if you want to ensure your printer is set up properly, go through this article for more details: Configure Your Print Settings For Printing Checks In QuickBooks Online.
