How do I print checks in reverse order in quickbooks online?

Hello there, @ mnchorale.

I can help you configure your printer setting so you can print your checks in reverse order. I'll show you how:

  1. In the Printing preference, choose Layout. On the Page order field, you can select Back to the front to print it in reverse order.
  2. Click OK to the printer settings window.

It may also depend on your printer. Thus, some printers print pages by default in reverse order. You may want to consider checking your printer's manual to know how to change the setting.

You can also visit our Intuit Marketplace to see which checks are compatible with QuickBooks Online.

I'm adding this article to know more about printing checks: Align how your checks print.

If you have anything to add, just click the Reply button. I'm here to assist you. Have a great day.

Where do you find "printing preference" because I can't find it.

How do I print checks in reverse order in quickbooks online?

Good morning, @millard29! Hope your week is going well. We finally made it to Friday. :)

I can definitely help you with printing those checks. Those preferences may look different depending on whether you are on a Mac or Windows.

Mac:

  1. While the PDF is open, go to File and then Print.
  2. Expand More Settings and scroll down to Open PDF in Preview.
  3. Choose Print, and then next to Preview, click on the dropdown and select Paper Handling.
  4. Change Page Order to Reverse.

It should be similar on Windows as well. We're always eager to help so don't hesitate to reply to this post if needed!
