Buy nowhi,
how do i see a report on received-and-deposited money for the year? i see where i can see a report on sales, but for taxes on my schedule c i need to show gross receipts for what was deposited during the year, not what was billed (sales).
thank you for your help! -todd
Good morning, @ toddlerner.
I'm happy to help find a suitable report for you! Cash Receipts Journal report will work great here! This report shows you all of the payments you received and deposits you made within the selected time period, with a subtotal for each customer, and a grand total at the bottom of the report. Here's how:
Note: whenever there is more than one split account, the report will show the word SPLIT in the Split column. This report will not show each split account by name.

I suggest running the Deposit Detail report and customize this. This way, you're able to filter the date range and to view gross receipts for what was deposited during the year.
