We can easily send the invoice to your client, jenn14.
I'll provide the detailed steps to do it. Here's how:
- Click the + New button and select Invoice.
Open the invoice if you have an existing one.
- After finalizing the details of the invoice, click the Save and send button.
You can click the drop-down arrow next to Save and close if necessary.
- In the Send email window, enter the details of the email (email addresses, Subject, Body, and etc.).
- Click Send and close.
Aside from sending your invoices, you can also customize the email message associated to it. You can set it as default:
- Click the Gear icon and select Custom Form Styles.
- Select the invoice template and click Edit.
- Go to the Emails tab and set up the details.
- Click Done.
You can also do it through the Account and Settings. It is the same way of customizing the email messages:
- Click the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
- Select the Sales tab and go to the Messages section.
- Update the details of the email and click Save.
- Select Done.
