Since your previous email is no longer active, you'll have to get in touch with our technical supports. This way, we'll be able to unlink to your account. After that, you can now set up the updated email address to forward receipts from. Here's how:
Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser.
Click the Gear icon, then choose Receipt forwarding.
Follow the onscreen steps to set up your email.
Review the Your receipts must be sent from field.
Tick the Email me when QuickBooks receives a receipt checkbox if you want to know when QuickBooks starts scanning your receipts.
