Hi @kennedytree2016 , you could create note for tracking customer information, see this article . Comment back, cheers.

What kind of business do you run? You may need a 3rd party app to do so.

I'm here to help, kennedytree2016.

When adding a customer, you can add their information by following these steps:

  1. Go to Sales > Customers.
  2. Click New customer.
  3. In the Customer Information window, you can add the phone numbers and addresses and their other information.
  4. Click Save once done.

When it comes to creating bids, you can use the estimate. This transaction is used to record a bid, proposal, or quote, which can later be turned into an invoice.

Here's how:

  1. On the left panel, click + New > Estimate.
  2. Select the customer's name from the drop-down menu, and enter the bid information.
  3. Click Save and send or Save and close.

Once done, you can convert the estimate by following these steps:

  1. Go to Sales > Customers.
  2. Click the customer's name and open the estimate.
  3. Select the Create invoice button located in the upper right-hand corner.
  4. Click Save or Save and close.

Here's an article for more details: Convert an estimate into an invoice in QuickBooks Online.

With regard to setting up appointments, you'll want to search for a third-party application by going to Apps on the left panel.

If there's anything else you need help with QuickBooks, please let me know. I'll be around to help you some more. Have a good day.
