How do you un-enroll from E-file for sales tax? It creates unnecessary credits and apparently costs and additional $9 now. As if QBO isn't already ridiculously expensive.

When viewing your sales tax return, you may select I'll do it on my own which will bring you to your tax return where you can record your payment. However, if you wish to unenroll/cancel your e-file service for sales tax, I recommend getting in touch with our QuickBook Support Team.

1. Go to: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
2. Choose QuickBooks Online.
3. On the Contact Us page, click a topic.
4. Click on the Get Phone Number button to see the support number.
