On the other hand, you can also reach out to our Merchant Support team to further check the details of the declined payment and guide you on how to fix this.
If your vendor is using a third-party app when processing payment, I recommend reaching out to them to know more information about the declined payment.

@mark-rayonec-com RE: I attempted to purchase materials for a job, my card was declined and the charges are still pending on my account.
Charges you attempt but that file, if they appear at all on the credit card provider's website, will usually go away after one or two business days. It's really up to the credit card provider.
