How to delete customer from customers list if there is duplication of names.

I may be mistaken , but there is no way to delete a customer entree. You can just make it inactive  customer.  This is specially true if you have run any transaction or journal.

Deleting a customer isn't an option, azwtexas-gmail-c.

However, you can make a duplicate customer inactive in QuickBooks Online. I've got the steps on how to accomplish it:

1. Go to the Sales menu and select Customers.
2. Locate the customer and click on the drop-down menu under the Action column.
3. Select Make inactive.
