Hey there, @Jolac - Middle East.

Glad to have you in the Community. Let's get some insight into editing a purchase order.

When using the Customer Form Styles option, you can only customize Invoices, Estimates, and Sales Receipts. This can be one of the reasons why the lines aren't removed on the purchase order.

If you can provide me with a screenshot of the purchase order and the lines you want to remove, then I can determine the best route to take for this issue.

It's my priority that I resolve your issue on time to get you back to business. I'll be waiting for your response.

Please find PO template. This is the template that is showing when printing.  I have created PO template by copying the estimate, invoice, and expense and making it as the default template, but when printing the PO, this is not the PO I have edited.

Thanks for the screenshot, Jolac - Middle East.

As mentioned by my colleague, InvoiceEstimate, and Sales Receipt are the only templates available in QuickBooks Online (QBO). In this case, we're unable to edit the purchase order form.

If editing the purchase order form is beneficial to your business, then I'll send your idea directly to our product engineers. They'll be able to review and put this to work in the future.

You can explore more stories and resources at the QuickBooks blog. We’ll also post any updates from there as we have more to share.

You might want to check out this guide on how to copy an estimate onto a purchase order.

Reach out to us if you have further questions. We're always here to help. Have a good one.

Thanks. We can copy Estimate to PO but the issue here is getting the correct PO template not for the sake of posting PO.   Can anybody share a solution on how they deal with PO template in real-time?   I have seen this PO template issues and until this time it is not resolved.  Just thinking about how Intuit Company or any of its staff using a customized PO template via QBO and not able to address this glitch in real-time.

We're taking note of your suggestion and feedback, @Jolac - Middle East.

I can see how useful it is for you and your company to have an option to customize a purchase order template. As mentioned by my peers above, this option isn't available in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

But I want to let you know that your voice matters and I'm submitting feedback directly to our engineers for consideration. For now, you can visit our blog site so you'll be able to get the latest news about QuickBooks and what our Product Care Team is working on.

Please touch base with me here for all of your QuickBooks needs, I'm always happy to help. Have a good one.

It is not totally customizing. There is a glitch in the PO.  Can you see the line there? Is this the standard PO template of QBO, I don't think so.  We have used all browsers already.  We cannot depend and continue subscribing if a simple glitch like this can not be fixed in real-time.

This is the same question that I'm also having. Hope Quickbooks Team can work out also for editing Purchase Order Template not only for Estimate, Invoice, Receipt. We need to customized Purchase Order to Input atleast Name of the Persons who will sign the Purchase Orders. I understand we can input it on Custom Fields. But like in a company Environment where One make the PO and the other will Verify or Approved is also using QBO. Hoping this is Automated as well so we dont have to entry our names. Also I can edit the column width for the same. (See attached files)

P.S. But I couldn't agree more with you that Approved By and Date "this line" is very annoying... Hope this can be editable template so we can also customized how it woud look like.
