I'm not an QBO user, but I'm sure the process is similar where you need to download the Excel attachment from your email to your Desktop first.  (You can also store the file in Downloads or anywhere else you usually save attachments).

Then in QBO go to the Import section where you will have the option to browse for the file on your computer Desktop (or wherever you saved the attachment).

How to import excell file from my email to quickbooks online

Hey @313113565,

Thanks for posting in the Community. I'd be glad to provide assistance with importing an Excel suppliers list from your email into QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Even though @Pete_Mc added the disclaimer about not being a QBO user, he was right on the money with regards to importing the Excel suppliers list. Once the file is stored on your computer, you can upload it into QuickBooks Online with the following steps:

  1. Select the Gear icon.
  2. Click Import Data, which is in the Tools section.
  3. Choose the option for vendors Vendors.
  4. Select and upload the file.
  5. Map your fields in the file to QuickBooks fields.
  6. Select the names of the vendors and press Import.

The following is a brief video to serve as a visual reference:

I'm also including a guide with additional information on the import process: Import Customer, Vendor, or Supplier Contacts from Outlook, Excel or Gmail.

In just a few clicks, I'm confident that you'll be you an expert at importing suppliers.

Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any questions. Wishing you and your business continued success.
