How to look at the complete journal over a specific time period?

Running a Journal report is super easy and takes only a few clicks, @ingvar.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Under the For my accountant section, select the Journal report.
    Capture.PNG
  3. Under Report Period, modify the date period you'd like to display.

This will show all your journal entries for a specific period right away. Refer to this article for more info: Journal Entry report.

You can also export them to Excel to help give you the flexibility to use them. Simply click the Export icon and select Export to Excel

Additionally, check out this link for the complete list of available reports for your QuickBooks Online version: Reports included in your QuickBooks Online subscription.

Please let me know if there's anything else that I can help with your reports. I'm always here to assist. Have a wonderful day.
