I am sorry, but did someone else have problem to receive your own money? I had an invoice paid on Monday and QuickBooks is still holding my money after the whole week.

Hello there, marceloadeolivei.

Let me assist you in receiving customer payments.

The funds may take up to 5 business days before it'll be deposited to your bank if this is your first payment. QuickBooks Payments would like to establish your account to avoid future errors. It'll be deposited faster once everything was set up properly.

Please check this article to find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments. You can also log in to your QuickBooks Payments account to see the status of all the transactions.

If it's more than 5 business days already, please reach out to our Payments Team so they can check it.

I'll be here if you need anything else. Wishing you all the best!

It's called FLOAT, when large companies or banks transfer funds they earn interest on the money sitting in their accounts, even just one day of interest is alot of money when you have large bank account balances.

This is a common practice and has been for decades, the same reason bank deposits or checks take time to clear.  There is also actually processing time and sometimes fee on top of that. Nobody does anything for free so you as the consumer must decide what works best for you. If you want to hand-deliver all checks,

your call.

Did you ever get your money and how long did it take? They’ve kept $30,000 from me for 30 days now and they just told me in another 10 days. I don’t know what to do I feel like I’ve been stolen from it’s not their money

That's terrible! I can't think of one excuse for this sort of situation. If someone wants to send you $30k, any normal merchant service just obliges and sends the money.

It's good information, though, for anyone thinking of using Intuit's merchant service. Which, it seems, no one should do.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are liars! Every single person I have spoke with has said something different. They refuse to give me my money. They say they will but they won't. I am contacting the BBB and the news stations. I've already wrote a letter to my news paper. These people are awful and need to be shut down!
