I can no longer print batches of invoices. this error comes up {"message":"PDF header signature not found.","code":-1} Can someone help?

The error you receive when printing batch invoices is already reported to our engineers. Rest assured, they’re working to get the feature up and running again. As a workaround, print your invoices one at a time.

To make sure you'll get looped into any updates of the investigation, please give our QBO Care Team a call. One of our specialists will gather your information in a secure environment and add you to the notification list. You’ll be notified via email once there’s progress on the issue.

1. Click on the Help icon at the top to display the QB Assistant window.
2. Tap the Talk to a human menu and enter the issue/topic.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
4. From the option, select Message an agent for real-time assistance or Get a callback.
5. Then, provide this information for easy tracking: INV-51981.
