We have an open investigation where customers are facing issues when sending or email invoices. They are now researching the reason why you can't email invoices in QuickBooks.
For now, I would recommend contacting our specialist so you'll be added as one of the affected users. You'll be guided by following the steps below.

I can't email them either since updating to QB Desktop Pro Plus 2021. I have done all the "little tricks" suggested. I have found a way around it though. If you close out your email program, then try to email from QB, it will work. Or at least it does for me. I just have to remember to close Outlook first. ;)
