I checked per your suggestion. These withdrawals were not made by me. There are two withdrawals a $1 by NycNyv Disc and another of $1.50 by a billing co I will reach out to support thank you
FYI the payments support team cannot help with unknown withdrawals. You have to call the greendot team directly. I found this out after wasting 40 mins on the payments team chat.

Yes, it is. There has got to be a better way. I just wasted 2 hours of my life I won't get back simply trying to report fraud and cancel the debit card that comes with the QuickBooks Checking account. It should have been a simple phone call but they wouldn't just cancel the card. The guy kept telling me he was going to cancel and reissue. I didn't want a new card. I don't use this one and won't use a new one. I don't want another potential avenue for fraud. I just wanted it canceled. It was a nightmare of a phone call.
