Thanks for posting here in the Community. Let's activate your inventory list on the Product and Services page. Here's how:
Once done, all your inactive inventory will display. Locate the ones that you want to make inactivate, then select the Make active under the Action column.

I hope it's with zero Quantity on Hand. If you've made inventory product inactive with Quantity on Hand, it has also created Inventory Quantity Adjustment entry as well. So, if you want this back, first you will need to make product item active (as per instruction by @katherinejoyceO ) and then you will need to delete Inventory Quantity Adjustment entry. This is to get back the quantity on stock w/dollar value again. To do this: Click "+ New" icon > Other > Inventory qty adjustment. Once the form is open, locate Recent transactions, click the Clock icon at the top left corner and find one you've deleted. Delete entry button is at the bottom of the form. When I try to delete the previous inventory adjustment, I get the following message:

If you can delete the inventory adjustment successfully using the private browsing session, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache to refresh the program. It's advisable to delete them now and then to prevent and fix issues like this.
In addition, you can use a different browser to narrow down the issue.
