Allow me to make things clear when using the capture feature to categorize expense receipts in QuickBooks Online, Angel_7.
You can only scan one receipt at a time when using the feature since this is another way on how to categorize your expense receipts. After you send images to QuickBooks, they show up in the Banking or Transactions menu and you’ll see the Receipts tab. You'll want to add attachments to customer and vendor profiles for more organized record-keeping. Please check this article on what are the acceptable file types that you can attach. Attachments in QuickBooks Online.
In addition, adding another receipt will result in a different transaction when using the Capture or Scan feature. For more information, you can read this article: Capture and Categorize Expense Receipts and Bills in QuickBooks Online.
You can also run reports in QuickBooks Online to show different aspects of your business. Some may focus on sales, others on your spending, and some look at parts of each.

Consider having a bookkeeping app to do so and integrate it with your QBO.
I think the question was that Angel07 had a receipt with more than one page and was wondering how to scan a receipt with more than one page. I am looking for the same in formation.
Thanks for joining the thread, @CanadaRock
The ability to scan multiple receipts is unavailable. You can only add multiple attachments list transactions in QBO, you can follow the steps below:
Find out more details on how it works here:
I've got an article made available so you'll become more familiar with managing receipts in QuickBooks: Capture and categorize receipts in the Receipts tab.
You may also consider looking for a third-party application in the App Centre that offers scanning services that can upload multiple page receipts.
Here's how to find them:
I'll be right here if you need anything about QuickBooks. Wish you all the best.
I have thoroughly scoured and tried all the Apps that connect to QuickBooks as you've suggested but they are all too quirky to get them to map properly and many of them don't let you even crop receipts pictures. When will Intuit be incorporating the ability to scan multiple page receipts?
Hello there, @jmacpack.

Angel_7,
I don't know if you solved this problem yet, or if there was an update between now and the date of your question, but I had the same problem today and my search for an answer brought me here to this thread.
I have one solution that worked for me:
I had two pages for an invoice and sent both to quickbooks and they show up as separate scans/invoices/receipts, so I just created a bill with one page and then you can review the second (and third, fourth, etc.) and just manually match them to that same bill through the search page that pops up after you choose to manually match the subsequent pages. I went back to the vendor and opened the invoice and, sure enough, links to both pages were in the files box at the bottom of the invoice screen. I don't know what page link was first or second. It isn't important to me, but you might need to tinker with the order of which page you use to create the invoice and which page(s) you follow up with the manual matching process.
Hope this helps!
Absolutely ridiculous! Come on Quickbooks! Half my receipts are on two separate pieces of paper.
Hello
has the feature to snap multiple
Pages per one bill or receipt been repaired?
I can’t seem to figure it out from the QB app
thank you
Thanks for coming by, @MaSeg.
I have some information about multiple pages. Currently, the option to snap multiple pages per one bill is unavailable. You'll have to attach the receipts one at a time. Rest assured, your idea will be shared with our Developers.
Meanwhile, you can also send a product suggestion through this link: Customer Feedback for QuickBooks Online.
On that same page, you can also view the recently updated ideas added to the program.

Quickbooks is quite simply useless , if you can deal with a two page receipt
time
to move to xero ,
absolute joke!!
This absolutely needs to be fixed. The fact that you can’t simply snap a multi-page receipt is asinine, to the point that it’s near useless. Come on QB stop making excuses and make this change. It’s not like its a difficult thing to do in terms of programming. I don’t want to hear ‘can’t’. Do it! Reading these repetitive replies about how the functionaloty doesnt exist all while all these people are asking how to do it is about the most frustrating thing. I’m so sick of corporations just taking the “tough, deal with it” attitude when it comes to customer service and response. FIX IT!
This still isn't available, is it?
Yes, the option to take multiple receipts is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @JMA510.
In QuickBooks Online, it's only available for one page per receipt. For now, I recommend sending a product suggestion to our developers for the take of multiple receipts. Rest assured that they will review it and may consider this option for future updates, depending on the number of users' requests.
Here's how:

Yeah really no point in sending a developer request, this has been requested for years and it hasn't happened yet. I have a helpdesk case that is 3 years old and still has no resolution. One step at a time.
Prompt support? Want to help me with a case number that's been unresolved now for 3 years?
