I need to add another business to the ones I already have. How do I do that?

Thank you for choosing QuickBooks and reaching out to us here on the Community page, @blz1.

 

QuickBooks Online (QBO) only allows one company/business per subscription. If you want to add another one, you'll have to sign up for a new QBO account. This means that each company has its own subscription. Since you already have an existing account, you can use the same login credentials when signing up and switching between companies.

 

Here's how to sign up a new account:

 

  1. Open this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/#.
  2. Choose a version of QuickBooks, then tap on the Buy now button.b10 15.PNG
  3. On the signup page, select Sign in.
  4. Tap on Yes, that's correct when routed to your user ID.
  5. Enter your login information and follow the on-screen prompts to set up the second company.

Once done, log-in to your account: http://qbo.intuit.com and select the company you want to open.
