Hi @dchomefunding,

You can add the email address from the settings. Let me walk you through the steps.

  1. Go to Gear, then Account and Settings.
  2. Choose Sales and then scroll down towards the Messages section.
  3. Click the Pencil icon and add the new email in the CC (Cc) new invoices to address.
  4. Tick Save and then Done.

I've got these awesome articles for more information about emailing invoices. Feel free to check the links below:

Stay in touch if you have other questions or concerns. I'll be around to help. Thanks for posting and have a good day.

I see that the cc can be added to invoices sent, but what about estimates?  I don't see where I can set it up for estimates, only invoices.

Good Afternoon, @mhartley

Congrats on making your first two posts within the QuickBooks Community. I can provide you with some insight into adding a CC email for estimates.

I can see how this would be beneficial for your business. However, the option to add a CC email for estimates isn't available at this time. I'll send feedback to our Product Developers so they can consider this in one of the upcoming releases for QuickBooks Online. Our Developers take time to review feedback from users and try to work every feature to it's fullest functionality to make QuickBooks a better product for everyone to use.

The easiest way to add the email is by typing it in and having the email addresses separated by a comma and space. Here's a link that can give some additional information on adding a multiple addresses to an estimate: Email a sales form or report to multiple email addresses

I want to make sure all of your concerns are addressed. I'm only a post away if you need me. Happy Thursday!

I would like to specify different always CC.BCC email addresses based on the invoice used.  It would also be good to specify an attachment to be sent with the invoice/ again based on the template used.

Hi there, @ericthut.

Having the option to add different ways of adding CC email address in your invoices is a great idea to be added in QuickBooks.

You can also personally add your feedback on the program. Here's how:
