I need to download an expense ledger to record tx deductible expenses manually

Hi, 10tgrs-gmail-com.

 

Downloading an expense ledger in QuickBooks Self-Employed is currently unavailable. As a workaround, you can download the Profit and loss report or export your Transactions into Excel to get all the information you need.

 

Let me show you how:

 

  1. Click Reports in the left panel.
  2. Filter the period.
  3. Click the arrow, then choose Download.

Download your transactions:

 

  1. Go to the Transactions menu.
  2. Use the TypeAccount, and Time period ▼ drop-down to sort the transactions.
  3. Select the Export icon.
