In QuickBooks Online (QBO), we have the Audit Log tool that you can use to get your customer information on the deleted invoices.
To do this, here's how:
From there, you'll see all the information you need under the EVENT column.

Nice to have you joined this thread, @av5380. I'll make sure you can run the audit trail report in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
QBDT records each financial transaction as you add, change, or delete them. By accessing the Audit Trail report, you'll see who made the changes in your company file and what those changes are. You'll also know when it was specifically changed.

Make sure to select the correct filter to show the information you need. You have the option to show only the following: Entered/Last Modified, Last Modified by, Date, Name, and Account.
