Glad to have you here on the Community page, @tgaddis1.
We have multiple ways of bringing batch transactions to QuickBooks Online (QBO). One of these is by preparing an Excel CSV file, then import it to QBO, however, this is just limited for bank transactions such as payments and deposits.
At this time, uploading journal entries isn't available in QBO. To bring the transactions to QuickBooks, you need to input them manually.
I understand the importance of this feature for you and your business, @tgaddis1. I'll take note of this and pass along the information to our product engineers. This way, they'll know what our customers needed and might consider the feature in the coming updates.

102 | 01/10/2020 | Wire Transfer | FALSE | Savings | 200.00 | Debit Savings |
I too would like to be able to upload journal entries as opposed to manually entering them! There are some standard ones that would be very helpful to have, as an option, an upload feature. In my case, it is primarily the payroll JEs. I have an import file from my payroll provider, but do not see where in QBO, I can import/upload it.
I'm glad to see you here in the Community, @jwyly.
QuickBooks Online (QBO) gives you the option to import mass transactions but is currently limited to deposits and checks. However, to import Journal Entries into QBO, you may wish to consider using a third-party application.
You can visit this site: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home/. This is where you can find QuickBooks supported third-party application to assist you in importing your payroll journal entries.
Also, here is the What's new in QBO: learn more about a new embedded bill pay capability in QuickBooks Online such as Options to pay a bill and Options to choose how vendors receive payment. For more details, please visit our QuickBooks Blog.

I am shocked to learn that since March 2020 till now (Oct 2021), this feature has still not been developed yet by Quickbooks despite the long list of questions etc. This is by far the BIGGEST of the BIGGEST reason why anyone would move away from Quickbooks. You have that feature in Quickbooks long ago and saves time. Some is amiss.
If importing journal entries is critical for your business and you declined using an importer tool, consider switching to QB Desktop or another cloud-based accounting app.
