I want to check that my invoices are going into the correct accounts (COA). Is there a way I can print out a day's worth of expenses with hich account they go into?

Yes, you can, steven_dennis. 

Let's run and customize the Transaction Details by Account report in QuickBooks Online. This helps us view the expenses and the account they're linked to. I'll gladly show you the way.

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. Type in Transaction Details by Account in the search field, then click to open.
3. Select Customize.
4. On the Report period sections, enter the correct date.
5. On Rows/Columns, click Change columns.
6. Place a checkmark on Date, Transaction Type, Name, Amount, and Account.
7. You can also add other columns to the report.
8. On Filter, click on Transaction Type to select the expenses you'd like to check.
9. Click on Run report, then select the Print icon.
