When printing QuickBooks Online (QBO) invoices, ensure you have the Adobe Acrobat 11.0. Once done, try to print a sample invoice to check if this fixes the issue. Here's how.
In your QBO:
- Go to the Sales menu and click the Invoices tab
- Find the invoice in the list of transactions.
- Select Print from the drop-down menu under the ACTIONS column.
