I can share some information to import your Stripe data to organize them accordingly in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @Ratchada11.
In addition to Fiat Lux - ASIA's response, you can go to the QBO Apps menu. From there, you can see other third-party connector applications (apps) to use in importing your Stripe transactions into QBO.
Follow these steps:
- Go to the Apps tab on the bottom part.
- Select Find Apps.
- Click the Stripe link in the Popular searches. You'll see a couple of applications for use. Make sure to review and see their contact details before using a third-party importer tool. If you didn't see it, type it in the Search box to find an app.
- Choose the app that suits your needs and follow the on-screen instructions to install and utilize it.
Once all is good, I suggest contacting third-party app support to ensure you map the Stripe data accurately and import it in QBO.
Do you want to import the Stripe transactions into the system? For complete steps, see this link: Manually upload transactions into QBO. Once you complete the import process, don't forget to categorize and reconcile them, ensuring they match your bank statements.
In addition, to learn more about the data that you can bring directly into QBO, see this article: Common questions about importing data to QuickBooks Online.
Please don't hesitate to comment if you have other concerns about importing payment solution transactions. I'll keep my notifications open. Stay safe and well, Ratchada.
