This would be a good idea for sending statements to Church donors, TriCityAMEChurch.
While this isn't a feature in QuickBooks at the moment, I'd suggest you download a PDF editor. Then, change the name of the first invoice to Offerings, and copy and paste it to the remaining transactions.

That would be a fantastic feature to add, thanks. I'd recommend allowing users to create default transaction label names -- a drop list for transaction labels, with entries like Quickbooks has for other items, would be very useful:
- Invoice (for businesses)
- Offering (for churches)
- Donation (for non-profits and charities)
That way Quickbooks could serve all audiences easily.
It seems like you're attempting to create donor statements. QB won't really do that. Instead, use our BRC Donor Statements - QB Online app, which will create proper statements from your QB data.
