I bought QuickBooks Desktop Pro in February 2021. I am supposed to be billed 35.00 a month, instead they are billing my credit card $70.00. April 22, May 22, June 21, and July21. I want $140.00 credited to my charge card. I would like to talk with someone instead of putting by account information on this page. {Removed by Moderator}.

Oddly enough no one is ever under charged. I’ve been consistently overcharged every year. I’ve been using QuickBooks for 15 years and I’m offered a promo rate. Every year I have to call in for the refund because of the overcharge. Not a small overcharge, but more than double the offered subscription rate. I wonder what percentage of busy self-employed people don’t catch this? I am getting close to leaving Intuit after 15 years.
Reviewing for taxes, I’ve found I am being double billed for Quikbooks Self-Employed ($4.99 -$6.99/month) and qbse/turbotax combo ($15 - $20/month) (which I had called about within a week of buying in spring of 2023 - was assured it would be cancelled, but wasn’t). Refund for $126.61 due and cancellation for the combo account - I tried Turbotax, but never used to submit taxes. Please provide phone number for human help!
