Intuit seems to be pushing customers really hard toward automated bank account posting. How do we turn off these advertisements in Banking?

Hello, @CarlKai.

Let me share some information about the in-product prompts you've received while navigating around QuickBooks.

The pop-up ads you're seeing are designed to guide you on how to optimize your QuickBooks experience. Also, you can disregard the ads by clicking the X or No, thanks button.

Or, you can mark it as irrelevant. I've added the screenshot below for your reference:1044.PNG

On the other hand, since this is impacting the navigation when using the program, I’d be glad to share these suggestions to our Product Engineers for consideration in future updates.

Lastly, here’s how to send a request to opt-out permanently of any marketing notifications:

  1. Go to the Gear Icon.
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. Under Company, choose the Communications with Intuit section.
  4. Click on the Marketing Preferences link.
  5. In the Select Your Marketing Preferences window put a check on the following:
    • Please do not mail me.
    • Please do not phone me.
    • Please do not email me.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Enter your complete information to locate your customer records.
  8. Click Next.
  9. Follow the rest of the on-screen instruction.

Lastly, I've added these articles to help you resolved any browser-related issues:
