Please know that we have an ongoing investigation of the error receive when sending invoices. This means you're not alone in experiencing this issue. Other users are affected as well. Rest assured that our product engineering team is actively investigating to find a permanent fix.

- Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Select Search, then press the Contact Us button.
- Enter your question in the box and hit Continue.
