Hi @Jilllmartinez,

Thanks for joining the Community. I'd be happy to help you with determining why invoices no longer display on the screen.

When a user encounters unexpected behavior in QuickBooks Online (QBO), such as pages not displaying on the screen, it's generally good to try some browser troubleshooting. One of the available options is to clear your browser's cache and temporary internet files, which are stored to improve loading but too much can accumulate and interfere with processes. You can locate additional information about this, including steps for supported browsers, at the following link: Delete or Disable Cache And Temporary Internet Files In Your Web Browser.

Should it continue to not load, I recommend the following article, which contains troubleshooting steps for loading and printing forms: Test Sequence For PDF Printing Issues.

Additionally, you may wish to consider trying an alternative browser. This can help to determine if this behavior is browser related.

I believe that these resources will help you get on the right path for displaying invoices in your browser.

I'd be glad to provide further assistance should you need it. Have a good day.

I did delete history and cache. That worked for the next time I used it but I had to do that every time. The problem is with Chrome and it affects ebillity reports as well. Both programs print in Edge which annoys me as MS browsers get hacked more often.

Hello again, @Jilllmartinez,

Thanks for providing me with an update. I'm also glad that you were able to get it to work.

Just to clarify, was there a period of time between successfully opening the invoice and having to clear the cache again? If so, did you browse many other websites, or websites with lots of graphics? This could explain how the cache was able to accumulate again and impede the loading.

Please feel free to let me know your results with a comment below. Wishing you well.
