Since you're still getting the result, I'd suggest getting in touch with our QuickBooks Specialist. They have the necessary tools to investigate why your invoices are unavailable for viewing, editing, or sending. You can easily access them by clicking the + button and selecting Ask QB Assistant.

Thank you for joining the conversation and sharing that your invoices are also missing. I understand how it feels, especially since it happens after updating your QBSE app. I have an update on this.
Please know that the issue has been forwarded to our engineers, so they can take further actions to find the root cause and resolve it. While waiting for a solution, I suggest contacting our QBSE Support. This way, they can get your account information in a more secure environment and add it to the ticket (INV-90149) for immediate updates. Just follow the steps that ReymondO shared above when contacting the team.

Having the exact same issue. Have deleted and reinstalled the app. Same problem with not being able to access invoices. Contacted Help via a live chat with a human where I sat on the chat for over a half an hour with no response other than to ask me for my name and contact information. Such a waste of my time.

I've looked into our system and noticed that the investigation regarding the unavailability of invoices has been marked as closed. Nevertheless, as the problem persists, let's ensure to update your iOS mobile app to version 6.4.92.
If it's already updated and the issue remains unresolved, I recommend contacting our support team again. They have the necessary tools to examine your account and ascertain the underlying cause of your concern.
While waiting, you may use a supported browser to log in to your QBSE account. This way, you can access and manage your invoices.
Once your customer wants to make a payment or already paid you, we can enter the transaction manually in your QBSE account.
