We have received similar cases and reports about the unresponsive dropdown icon in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

I understand the impact of this issue on your business processes. As there is no specific timeframe for the resolution, I recommend contacting our support team so they can add you to the list of affected users and provide progress updates via email. Here's how you can reach them:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Click on Help (?) at the upper right corner of your screen.
  3. Tap on Search, then select Contact Us.
  4. Select a topic to connect with the right expert.
  5. Choose how to contact our QB support team.
  • Via a Callback, where a spot is saved and reaches back to you.
  • Via Chat, start a chat with our support.
