Hi there, @sctrojan551.
QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) does not have a built-in feature that allows the option to send invoice links instead of through email. However, our team is constantly working on improving QuickBooks software, so it's a great idea to consider suggesting this feature for a future update.
To share your feedback on this feature with our Product Development team, you can take the following steps:
You can also keep track of feature requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.
On top of everything else, some emails from QuickBooks Online may have been marked as spam due to the email domain of your customer blocking @intuit.com. If your customer finds your email in their spam folder, you should advise them to mark it as This is not spam or Not Junk. Additionally, you may want to ask them to send a sample email to do_not_reply@intuit.com or add quickbooks@notification.intuit.com to their contacts. This will help their email provider recognize the @intuit domain as a trusted source.

No such option exists. At the bottom of the invoice I see the "Email" link. The arrow options there are to "Save" and "Print." When I click There is neither a "Review and send" link nor a "Share Link."
Thank you
Okay, if I sign on using QuickBooks Solopreneur, I see the options you mentioned before, but there is no button to create an invoice. When I sign on using QuickBooks Self Employed, I can create an invoice, but I can't generate a link or access any of the additional "review and send" options.
Basically, I need to use QuickBooks Self-Employed to "create" the invoice, then QuickBooks Solopreneur to access the additional option of sharing as a link. This is needlessly complicated. The invoicing features and steps should be consistent across the board.
Thank you for further explaining your concern about sending an invoice link. Allow me to join this thread and share additional information about this.
To begin with, as per what my previous colleague has mentioned, the option to send an invoice link in QuickBooks Self-Employed is unavailable. With this, I encourage you to submit a feature request by following the steps above.
On the other hand, since you have QuickBooks Solopreneur, I suggest creating the invoice there directly to streamline the process so you don't have to switch to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Additionally, you can check out these articles that can help you personalize your invoice in QuickBooks Solopreneur: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
Let me know if you have further concerns about sending an invoice link or have any QuickBooks-related queries. Keep safe.
Thank you. I agree, using Solopreneur exclusively for invoices would be the next logical step, but as I said before I have to switch between the two platforms as there is no "create invoice" button anywhere on the Solopreneur invoicing site. At the moment, I can only view and submit invoices on Solopreneur. I cannot create invoices.
