Thanks for your response but I already checked there. I cannot find a filter that will provide that specific detail. I even selected the Event "Settings" but it just shows that there was a change made but it doesn't show what change was specifically made. See the image that I included in my original post.

As additional insights, you can also see the closing date of your books on the Accounts and Settings page. Please ensure to log in as a primary admin or company admin to view more details or make any changes. I'll show you how:
To learn more about your closed books, run the Exceptions to Closing Date report to see if there are any changes made after you closed them.

Additionally, @katherinejoyceO, the steps you listed can tell you WHICH period is closed but it doesn't show WHEN it was closed.
Thanks for actively responding with screenshot of your audit log report, @devonne-kahunain. It looks like there are no changes made to transactions before the Closing Date. Hence, the audit log don't show any details.
Please know that any changes made to the transactions after you close your books can be tracked in the Exceptions to Closing Date report. Here's how to generate it:
You're right, the steps I've shared in my first response will show you which period is closed (first month of fiscal year, first month of income tax year, and the accounting method). Whereas the date shown under the Close the books section is the actual date your book was closed.
