Let me share ideas about batch editing invoices in QuickBooks Online, @KellyPROTD.
As of right now, the option to edit invoices by batch is available in QuickBooks Online Advanced. If you're using the same version, follow these:
On the other hand, if you're using any of the lower versions of QBO, you can edit the invoices one by one or by batch using a third-party application.
For more details about the process, feel free to review this article: Edit multiple invoices at the same time in QuickBooks Online Advanced.

Utilize a migration tool. Export your Invoice data out to XLS, modify the term in bulk, and import them back.

Is the batch edit function available currently in QBO Advanced Canada?
Hello b_mccall. Thanks for confirming. QuickBooks allows users to streamline repetitive tasks with batch transactions, this allows you to enter, edit, and send multiple invoices, cheques, expenses, and bills in a few clicks. I encourage you to learn more about this using this link. Feel free to ask other questions, I'll be here.
I don't think Transaction Pro lets you update invoices that already exist in QBO. If you export the invoices, update the info and try to re-import it, you get an error that those Invoice Numbers already exist. There doesn't seem to be a way to update/overwrite info that already exists in QBO from Transaction Pro.
Have you actually done what you're suggesting? I feel like you're just schilling for them without actually trying out the solution.

If you've tried it yourself, you'll find that you have to delete the old transaction before you import the replacement transaction.
misinformation
This bulk "feature" is basic functionality for most accounting programs.
Here, QB only includes in certain "versions", marketing ploy. Ignoring most others to push for more pricey subscriptions. Right now QBO plus raised monthly cost $5 but still missing vast amounts of basic functionality.
Shockingly ineffective. All hype

is thare a way also in Dasktop?
Hello, Joe 148.
I know making changes to invoices one by one can be a time-consuming task. The best way to save time is to update them in bulk. However, the option to edit multiple invoices at the same time is not available in QuickBooks Desktop. You'll need to modify each transaction one at a time. I understand that this may take a bit longer, but it's important for accuracy and ensuring that each transaction is processed correctly.
I can definitely see the value of editing invoices in bulk. In the meantime, you may consider sending feedback to our product developers. They always look for ways to enhance the product and may consider your ideas for future updates.

You can use the same migration tool as a workaround. Export your data to XLS, modify and reimport back. It's the one time license.
