There's a simple process to email all customers from QuickBooks. To send a mass email, follow these steps:
1. In the navigation bar on the left, go to Sales, then Customers.
2. Click the box with an arrow pointing towards it to choose all clients.
3. Select Batch Actions and pick the Email option.
4. Compose the email, then send it.
This is a very useful feature, there's also other batch actions you can do in that same drop-down menu. Use it anytime you need to do something for all customers.
