Is there a way to print out a list of all my invoices with the customer's phone number and email on it?

I'm glad to see you again in the Community, gioreq1!

I can provide insights about the available reports in QuickBooks Online and run a report with some of the information you need.

The transactions related reports in QuickBooks Online don't include some customers' details, such as phone number and email. These personal details are available in a separate report called Customer Contact List

As an alternative, you can export both Customer Contact List and Invoice List reports, then manually merge them.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports in the left navigation panel.
  2. Scroll down to the Who owes you or Sales and Customers section (depending on which one you want to open first).
  3. Open Invoice List or Customer Contact List.
  4. Change the report date range and click Customize if needed.
  5. Pick the Export to Excel icon.

In case you need it, refer to the article below for more customization options:

You can also opt to filter the All Sales page in the program. However, you'll only be able to include the customer's email.

To do so:

  1. Go to Sales in the left pane, then All Sales.
  2. Click the Filter arrow.
  3. In the Type field, select Invoices.
  4. Pick the dates you need.
  5. Choose the small Gear icon at the far right side.
  6. Click the Show more blue link, place a check mark in Email box.

When you're satisfied with the view, click the Print icon to have a copy of it.

That should do it! You now know the process of getting the information you need.

If you have questions with the process, don't hesitate to let me know. I'll be around!

Have an awesome weekend!
