Click the magnifying glass at the top, right hand side of your QBO page.

Go to the bottom and click Advanced Search.

Go to the dropdown next to where it says Search and click Statements.

Then in the drop down that below that one,  click Statement no.  (Might start out saying Customer)

Type the number in the box and click Search

Yes, we're still using this feature, @PS1995. I can provide you with the updated steps to view statements in the Advanced Search feature using statement numbers.

Once you click the Go to transactions search link after selecting the Search icon, you'll see the Search your transactions window. From there, if you aren't ready with the new user interface, you can switch back to the old view by clicking the Go to Classic Advanced Search link. Then follow the steps below on how to filter statement numbers to show the exact statement that you're looking for:

  1. Select Statements on the drop-down search. Then, choose Statement no. in the search box below.
  2. Choose Contains or Equals in the next search box fields.
  3. Type the number in the Enter Statement no. box and click Search
  4. Review the customer’s email address, then select Save and close.

By following these steps, you can effectively view the statement numbers and other features related to creating and sending customer statements in QuickBooks Online.

For more information and additional insights, you can run a Statement List report by clicking the Search icon and entering the statement. Then customize it to filter to the specific report period to view sent or saved customer statements. Then review these articles below to utilize more system features like custom data view, export, and print reports:
