Once you click the Go to transactions search link after selecting the Search icon, you'll see the Search your transactions window. From there, if you aren't ready with the new user interface, you can switch back to the old view by clicking the Go to Classic Advanced Search link. Then follow the steps below on how to filter statement numbers to show the exact statement that you're looking for:
- Select Statements on the drop-down search. Then, choose Statement no. in the search box below.
- Choose Contains or Equals in the next search box fields.
- Type the number in the Enter Statement no. box and click Search.
- Review the customer’s email address, then select Save and close.
By following these steps, you can effectively view the statement numbers and other features related to creating and sending customer statements in QuickBooks Online.
