Hi @devonne-kahunain. Allow me to share some information to avoid entering the customer's name.

Currently, we're unable to set up a company in QuickBooks Online (QBO) where you don't have to enter a customer name. In the meantime, I suggest consulting your accountant on how to manage the reimbursement workflow while tracking them in QBO.
