List for Customer with multiple Ship-To addresses

I can help you with finding the Ship To list for QuickBooks Online (QBO), @MWeber1. 

 

You can have the Shipping to field in your invoices after turning on the shipping settings. Check out this article for further details: Add a customer’s shipping address to invoices in QuickBooks Online. It'll also guide you on how to add the shipping address to invoices. 

 

In QuickBooks Online, you can run the Customer Contact List report to view the Shipping To addresses. 

 

Here's how to run the report:

 

  1. Go to the Reports menu and find Customer Contact List.
  2. Click to run the report. 
  3. Go to the Gear icon shown in the report. 
  4. Make sure to tick the box for the Shipping Address. 
  5. Click Run Report.

zed access alllows you to both export and import multiple ship too addresses

List for Customer with multiple Ship-To addresses

Yeah but $235 is a pretty steep price for a single export. For half that price that you can get all of your  ship to addresses exported using this tool:  
https://www.betterideagroup.com/export-ship-to.html

 

So far, the largest export was 17,000 individual addresses.
