Modify Job Work In Progress (WIP) Summary Report

I would like to run a Job Work In Progress (WIP) Summary report that adds in the Job Description, the Projected Ship Date and the Rep for each job that is in progress.  Could someone provide the script or path that I could use to run this report.

Modify Job Work In Progress (WIP) Summary Report

Hi there, vgardner218.

Let me help you add the Job Description, the Projected Ship Date, and the Rep to the Job Work In Progress (WIP) Summary report.

You can go to the Customize Report button, then select the Display tab. From there, you can search for the additional field that you want and make sure to click it. A checkmark will appear on the left side of the field and it will be added as a column on the report.

If the Job Description, the Projected Ship Date, and the Rep fields won't displayed, it could be that the report isn't reading the line. To know the reason, QuickBooks uses a concept called Source and Targets. You can browse this article to learn more about this: Understand reports.

After customizing the report, you can memorize it. That way, you don't have to go through the same customization again. For additional information, I've attached some articles you can use about memorizing reports in QuickBooks:

Modify Job Work In Progress (WIP) Summary Report

Thank you for the reply.  When you click on the Customize Report button, and then select the Display tab it does not give you the list option.  You can go to the Filters tab and search through the various filters but the he Job Description, the Projected Ship Date, and the Rep fields are not listed.

Is there any way to get these fields added to the option listing.
