The scheduled payment option will show up in your expenses if you've set up the Scheduled Payment feature in QuickBooks Online.
However, if you accidentally turn this feature on and want to disable it, I'd suggest getting in touch with Online Bill Pay Support to help you with disabling this feature.

I'm having the same issue. I want to cut a check but there is no longer an option to do that.

You may want to unsubscribe to the Online Bill Pay feature to get the check options back in your expense transactions. To do that, please reach out to us by following these steps:

I never subscribed, so why would I need to turn it off? Your office doesn't open for another two hours. Can you not explain how to fix this?

We currently have an ongoing investigation with the scheduled payment option showing on your expense transactions. Our engineers are running some diagnostics to identify what's causing this unexpected hitch to provide a permanent and timely fix.
If you haven't contacted our QuickBooks Online Support, I'd suggest doing so. They can add your account to our lists of affected users and any progress will be communicated via email.
