I'm here to help and make sure everything syncs in QuickBooks Online.
QuickBooks Online mobile app is always in sync with the web version. Any tasks and changes you've made in the app should show up on the web, and vice versa. If doesn't sync with in the browser version, we can perform troubleshooting steps to see if there any underlying browser issues.
We'll start by accessing your QuickBooks Online account in a private window. This unexpected behavior are usually caused by outdated and corrupted internet files stored on your computer. Use these keyboard shortcuts below to open an incognito/private window.
- Press Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox and Microsoft Edge
- Press Ctrl + Shift + N for Chrome
- Press Command + Shift + N for Safari
After that try to check if everything looks good. If they're now matching, we can go back to your regular browsing window and clear it's cache.
Alternatively, we can switch to other supported browsers for the best experience while using QuickBooks Online.
