the system was working fine the last 3 weeks, today all my users have a problem with sync and a message with warning sign (unable to get data), we trying to refresh a message says Temporary Unavailable (sorry, we're experiencing technical difficulties, thanks for your patience while we in investigate and resolve the issue. please try again later) and after that the account sign out!!!!!!!!
I called [phone number removed] as recommended in the message always not the write person get the call! an error code is 132.4002
This has been all over the day, my team lose sales! and if no one is going to solve problem I have no problem to find another service provide as I need sustainable and reliable solution, not a solution I'm stuck because of it for whole the day because no one welling to support!

I recommend trying to uninstall and reinstall the app from your phone.

First at all non of these steps works, 2nd the last recommendation about using 3rd party app is the most ironic recommended solution I ever here about how to do troubleshooting!!! If you have bad product and you can not solve your problems you think I will go and buy another product you do recommend!
You have very bad customer service … till now no one solve my problem! When you are going to solve it … you are running my sales and business!
For sure not … because no one of your team knows what to do!! The worst customer service ever … just stealing people money to buy 3rd party apps!
This is also happening to my client on two different phones.
I really need an answer for this one as the client is interstate and although they can log in thru the internet they prefer the app to be able to sync the data please.
Urgent assistance would be appreciated.
By the way. Tried all the below and still nothing.
I can open the app but it will not sync to the data.

Let me get you to the right person who can assist you further in syncing your user's QuickBooks Online apps.
I just checked our systems and everything seems to be working properly. You're users should be able to sync their apps data once they tried to reinstall it. If that doesn't work, I recommend contacting our Support Team to investigate further why user's apps are unable to sync data.

Horrible, Horrible!
I called into to QB for the same issue. Half of my team cannot access the QB app because of that error. I was told that I would be contacted. Three days later, no follow up.
I called today to be told that I am now going to be added to an investigation group and should get an email in 2 weeks if/when it's resolved. Really?!
QB needs to add a tech department that can troubleshoot internal app issues right away. People are trying to run their business and we're paying QB for a service. You cannot tell customers to wait 2 weeks to try to figure out what's not working. So since I am not getting my full service, can I pay 1/2 my bill?
I'm forced to subscribe to inSitu to be able to connect the sales team to the system, unfortunately you have to pay around $35 for each sales rep! I think this done in prepose to get more money
