Non Profit

We are a non-profit charity, only need one user, so what package would be the best for my organization? I need the ability to pull the required reports as a 501`c3 corporation.

Welcome to the Community, Ladies With A Mission. I appreciate your detailed information.

If you're looking to continue using QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), there's a nonprofit version of Enterprise available. This will enable you to run a nonprofit business with flexibility and ease, as well as stay on top of what matters most to you and your donors.

Enterprise includes 9 reports created specifically to provide information nonprofits need. In addition, Advanced Reporting allows you to create your own custom reports from scratch using raw data. If the data is within QuickBooks, you can report on it to gain a deeper understanding of your organization. As for users, you can create between 1 and 40, as well as assign individual permissions for over 115 activities.

You can learn more and/or start a subscription from our QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise for Nonprofits page.

In the event you're open to using QuickBooks Online (QBO), there's also our Plus and Advanced subscriptions for every kind of nonprofit.

Please don't hesitate to send a reply if there's any additional questions. Have a lovely Tuesday!
