Option to add international wire transfer info to schedule a payment to foreign vendor is missing, any one faced similar issue?

The option to do a wire payment is available in QuickBooks Online. You may need to turn on the multicurrency feature to do this process. I'd be happy to show you the steps below:

1. Go to Setting and select Account and settings.
2. Click the Advanced tab and select the Edit or Pencil icon beside the Currency section.
3. Tick the Multicurrency radio button to turn on the feature.
4. Select Save and Done.

Currently, QuickBooks Bill Pay does not offer the option of paying foreign vendors through wire transfer. 

You can, however, consider using a third-party application to help you process those funds. To do so, you can go to the Apps menu within QuickBooks or visit this link to our website: Apps help QuickBooks run better.

It doesnt show this image on my end. Does that mean it can only be accessed by the admin user?

The Melio is already integrated on my client's quickbooks account. When I try to click it, it says that I have to contact the owner

Hi, I've successfully added an international vendor to our QB but how do we know the cost of wire transfers to a Euro account? how many days of processing? Is it advisable to keep the currency to USD when sending the payment to an international vendor or should we register the vendor according to their currency?

Currently, QuickBooks Bill Pay does not offer the option to pay international vendors directly. It only supports US payments in US dollar currency. This comes with different payment processing times, which are 3-5 business days for ACH and 8-10 business days for checks.

Regarding the currency you will use for your vendors, it would be recommended that you utilize their currency so you'll have an exact exchange rate in USD.

In the meantime, you can consider using a third-party application to facilitate this process. You may want to explore the QuickBooks Apps Store for available options.
