Our company address changed and I changed it in the settings but it is still showing up as the old address on pay stubs. How do I change it?

Welcome to the Community. I'm here to help you replace the old address reflecting in the employee pay stubs.

Currently, the option to change the company address showing in the pay stubs is unavailable. You'll need to contact our Payroll Support Team through chat to update the details.

They'll be able to pull up your account and make the changes on your behalf. Our support is available from 6 AM - 6 PM PT (Monday - Friday).

Here's how:

1. Go to: Contact Payroll Support.
2. Under Intuit Online Payroll, choose the appropriate option.
3. Follow the onscreen instructions.
