Hello @joyind,

Let me help you correct the details of your invoices to show the company name and address and get you right through it.

To start, let's open those invoices without the company name and address, then change the form style to the correct style it should be using.

I've attached a screenshot below for visual reference.

To keep this from happening again, you can choose the default form style of your invoices that was customized with the company name and address.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Your Company, choose Custom Form Style.
  3. Locate the customized form style with the company details.
  4. On the ACTION column, click the Edit drop-down menu.
  5. Select Make default.

I'll be just a post away if you need a hand.

The company name will not appear no matter how many times I checkbox this.  I also preview the invoice and it shows the company name, but not when I create an actual invoice.

Thank you for getting back to me, @Jeff Mullins!

In QuickBooks, most printing problems require fixing your PDF tool reader. This is one of the possible reasons we can consider why your company name doesn't show on one of your invoices.

Let's update your PDF tool reader, then try to log back into your QuickBooks Online account and create an invoice.

It'll be my pleasure to help if you have any other questions.
