Paycor payroll journal entry

As long as the third-party payroll processor can provide a flat file type such as Excel, CSV, or IIF, then you could import them to QuickBooks Desktop.

Since it started after updating the program, we can run the Repair tool to get this fixed. This can help eliminate common errors right away. Here’s how:

1. Back up your company file, then restart your computer. This makes sure there are no programs that may affect the repair.
2. Open the Windows Start menu, then select Control Panel.
3. Click Programs and Features, then Uninstall a Program.
4. Select QuickBooks from the list of Programs, then Uninstall/Change.
5. Hit Continue, or Next.
6. Select Repair, then Next.
7. Press Finish. You may have to restart your computer to complete the repair.

After this process, try to import your payroll journal again. You can also utilize an Importer tool to upload the file. Just visit this website here to look for the app that works best for you.

If the issue persists, you can reach out to our Technical Support team. Once you’re connected, you can directly ask for a supervisor to assist you. However, I can’t guarantee that this representative is US-based since we don’t have specific contact information for them. Let me outlined the steps:

1. Go to the Help menu.
2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help F1.
3. Click Contact us.

Thank you for the information.  We have been working with various support representatives for months.  They all say they are a supervisor and will get us nobody else to help.  As I said we had been doing this with no problem.  We have always done it via IIF files in the past with no issues until the update.  We are getting absolutely no help from support.  We have verified 100% that the paycor payroll journal matches the COA as listed in quickbooks.  

Here is a comparison between the chart of accounts, on the left, and the paycor journal.  They match exactly but quickbooks is saying it doesn't exist, again this is just since the update.  What we really need is someone that is actually willing to help to get on the phone with my accounting person and help them.  We have ruled out any issues on the payrcor side of things as everything matches perfectly and the only issue has occurred since the update.

We are lacking confidence in support at this time.  We have spoken to them on many occasions.  Most recently this morning at which time we were told they would have someone call us back and then hung up on us.  Of course, we have received no call back.  

Still no help from support in India.  Problem still remains unresolved and here it is end of month and again we are shut down trying to get our financials started.

We have begged and pleaded for someone to contact us back to help us get this resolved.  Each time we are told someone will call us, each time we get no call back.  I have reached out to various levels of quickbooks executives on linkedin to express that as well.  We are getting absolutely no help.  We need someone to contact us directly that can help us.

I was wondering if you ever got this resolved, we are on the verge of signing with Paycor, but I do want everything to integrate easily.  This was concerning to me, when do my research on Paycor.  We currently use QB desktop version.

I suggest contacting Paycor directly to see if they can integrate with QuickBooks. This allows them to investigate further and provide you with the best potential solution to your problem.

I'm struggling with this also after having switched to Paycor from Quickbooks. Let me assure you though, that there is nothing, absolutely nothing, worse than Quickbooks Payroll. Whatever additional struggle the linking creates, it cannot be worse than Quickbooks Payroll which is hands down the most flawed product available on the market.
